Our new Diabetes Clinic is now open!

Have you recently been told you have Type 2 Diabetes? 

If you are looking to learn more about your recent diagnosis, we offer a new one-of-a kind clinic giving you the opportunity to see a Dietitian, Diabetes Nurse Educator and Exercise Physiologist all in the one appointment.

The clinic is ideal for newly diagnosed adults or those wanting to learn more about their condition. 

Once you attend the clinic you can then have follow-up appointments as needed, join group activities/sessions and have access to a care coordinator.  

When is the clinic? 

It will will run on the last Monday of each month, except for the June session which will be on the first Monday of July instead.

Do I need to book an appointment? 

Yes. Please contact Service Access on 1300 637 744 who will book you into the clinic. A care coordinator will then contact you prior to your appointment to complete some more information before attending the clinic.
