Position: Grade 2 Dietitian
Type: Fixed term part-time position until 09/05/2025.
0.8 FTE - negotiable

As a Grade 2 Dietitian, you will be an integral part of our dynamic multidisciplinary team. Your primary focus will be providing dietetics services to older adults living within their homes and communities.

Your new role

This position is funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Care packages (HCP) and is responsible for providing clinical dietetics assessment and management for clients 65 years and older (over 50 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People).

You will utilise a goal-directed restorative approach to provide high quality dietetics assessment and intervention for older adults in a centre or home-based setting.

To succeed in this role you will have

In order to be considered for this position you must have the right to work in Australia.
What you'll need to succeed:
-Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent.
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Dietitian.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Full Victorian Driving License.
